Fire Safety

Pioneer solution

Overview

Due to the negligence and unawareness of the people, there occur many fire accidents. INDIA alone witnesses an average of 62 deaths everyday due to fire accidents.

We at PIONEER SOLUTIONS guide to
prevent such accidents which could lead to loss of life.

Technology Used in Fire safety

Technology We Use

A fire extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergency situations. It is not intended for use on an Out-of-control fire, such as one which has reached the ceiling, endangers the user (i.e., no escape route, smoke ,explosion hazard, etc.), or otherwise requires the expertise of a fire department. Typically, a fire extinguisher consists of a hand—held cylindrical pressure vessel containing an agent which can be
discharged to extinguish a fire. Fire extinguishers manufactured with non-cylindrical pressure vessels also exist, but are less common.

Fire Hydrant

Hydrant Systems can be of two types :
(a) External Hydrant System :- where the hydrants are installed in the open, like the city or town water mains, or hydrant systems installed in the open areas in industrial or such other occupancies;
(b) Internal:- Hydrant System, installed in buildings or structures to be protected We design an integrated Hydrant System as per national and international norms. We consider capacity of fire pump, size and arrangement of pipes used for hydrant system, pressure at hydrant point against the available fire risk.

Our designed Hydrant System is an arrangement of piping, valves, hose connection and allied equipment installed in building and structure with connection located in such a manner that water can be discharge in stream of spray patterns through attached hose and nozzle for the purpose not only extinguish the fire but at the same time save the occupants and contents of area in with better response.

Fire Sprinklers

A fire sprinkler system is an active fire protection measure, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and flow rate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are connected. Although historically only used in factories and large commercial buildings, home and small building systems are now available at a cost-effective price. These sprinklers are manufactured by leading fire fighting equipments manufacturers and thus product performance is assured.

Fire Suppression System

Tube Based Fire Suppression System

We have designed a Tube Based Fire Suppression System to fight with fire that occur in the “micro-environment” of electric panels. This system is a self-activating suppression system that reliably suppresses fires in seconds. This system uses polymer heat sensing tube that will rupture when exposed to a flame. This specialized detection tubing combines leak resistance, flexibility, durability and precise temperature sensitivity, allowing it to react quickly when the heat from a fire is present.

Kitchen Suppression System

The Restaurant fire suppression system is a pre-engineered, wet-chemical, cartridge-operated, regulated pressure type with a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. It is listed with Underwriters Laboratories, INC (UL/ULC). The system is capable of automatic detection and actuation and/or remote manual actuation. Additional equipment is available for mechanical or electrical gas line shut-off applications. The detection portion of the fire suppression system allows for automatic detection by means of specific alloy rated fusible links, which, when the temperature exceeds the rating of the link, the link separates, allowing the regulated release to actuate.

Total Flooding System

The FM-ZOO/Novec1230 Total Flooding Fire Suppression System is an engineered system utilizing a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. The system is designed and installed in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 2001, “Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems.”When properly designed, the FM-200 system can suppress a surface burning fire in Class A, B, and C hazards. The firefighting ability of the FM-200 system is achieved through 80% heat absorption and 20% direct chemical means (action of the fluorine radical on the chain reaction of a flame).

Fire Detection

A fire alarm system has a number of devices working together to detect and warn people through visual and audio appliances when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or other emergencies are present. These alarms may be activated automatically from smoke detectors, and heat detectors or may also be activated via manual fire alarm activation devices such as manual call points or pull stations. Alarms can be either motorized bells or wall mountable sounders or horns. They can also be speaker.Strobes which sound an alarm, followed by a voice evacuation message which warns people inside the building not to use the elevators. Fire alarm sounders can be set to certain frequencies and different tones including low, medium and high, depending on the country and manufacturer of the device.

Exit & Evacuation

We provide training on fire safety with the aim of reducing losses. We have a team of well trained personnel who have a professional knowledge of how to fight with fire in case of any fire accident. We conduct various programs like Fire prevention and control Detection system Investigation of fire On site training for hand on experience on the installed fire fighting equipment Disaster Management Evacuation procedure Fire safety refers to precautions that are taken to prevent or reduce the likelihood of a fire that may result in death, injury, or property damage, alert those in a structure to the presence of an uncontrolled fire in the event one occurs, better enable those threatened by a fire to survive, or to reduce the damage caused by a fir
